Boundary
Tzilla's Boundary exists as a series of canyons with long, winding structures over several hundred miles- and of which surround, and lead to a very unique and odd place, one that is very vibrant and full of spiritual energy and connection. This space, an Isolated Desert Pool- is located deep within the furthest reaches of the desert and is surrounded by the deep, vast canyons that Tzila's calls 'home' on near all sides.
These canyons are so far away from everything, and so isolated, they seem something of a planet of their own, and they've remained untouched and untainted by nearly anything at all in it's solitary existence. The creatures living here know near nothing of the world outside their own, and few who wander here from someplace else ever leave (as was true for Tzila and the human who rode her, in her past life).
The canyons themselves seem to stretch on forever, arching high overhead and looming over a bottom that is bone-dry and bereft of nearly any life at all. Where the sun reaches down into the bottom of the canyons, the earth is dry and grainy and unfit for living things- and in spaces where the canyon walls close in too much and the sun never invades on the hold of the shadows, the heat remains and only the most hardy and smallest of plants can take root.
The canyon floor is a conglomerate of large, flat, sandy expanses and tiny, crowded pathways so narrow only mice, snakes and rabbits can squeeze their way through. There are sections of the canyon floor that are level, while others slope up and down gradually, or even haphazardly- in some of the deepest sections the canyon walls seemed to have closed in and the light of the sun has not had the pleasure of touching the canyon floor in many a year.
Old bones dot the floor in unsettling frequency, lost things too, and broken branches, trees, and stones alike. So many things seem to find their way willingly and unwillingly into the depths of this place, lost and forgotten, shattered and broken and hurt.... it's as if this place attracts more than it's fair share of hardship and broken things, and never seems to want to let go.
Far below and unseen, there exists and vast network of underground rivers and streams flowing underneath the canyons from places all over and far away. This network of water is unreachable by those trapped in the maze of canyons, even the plants that dare to take root there cannot seem to reach it- but eventually these waters do go somewhere. They collect and feed the Isolated Desert Pool that Ceres and many other creatures call home, and of which sits like a sink and hotbed of intense spiritual energy.
The rivers and the pool seem to act as some sort of a vacuum for the energy of the lost souls and memories dotted across the landscape. Wisps of thought, shards of forgotten lives, and trails of energy of all kinds are pulled gently inward by the trickle of the underground streams far, far below the canyons- and it all ends up in the pool.
Those hundreds upon hundreds of lost things and souls trapped in the canyon's get pulled into the dry earth and soul, and dumped down into the water hidden below. The streams carry these thoughts of ill-will and pain, lost and wandering souls, and forsaken dreams and wishes, and memories of the most terrible, festering kind from all around. But their slow journey down the streams strip away all of the negative energy, and by the time they make it to the pool, there is nothing left but peace, and calm, and acceptance. These renewed and positive energies and emotions seep into the surrounding plants and animals around the Pool, creating what is well known as that hotbed of deep, thrumming, spiritual energy that even the Wanderer Majanthi finds herself drawn back to, time and time again...... It seems almost incomprehensible that such a place could be fed from the canyons so fill of emptiness and unyielding despair, and silence.

-Tzila INTERACTING WITH Her BOUNDARY-
Tzila knows her boundary extremely well. The canyons are built like a maze that render nearly all who enter lost and never able to find the exit- but Tzila knows every turn and every corner, and she can find her way through every path and to every hidden section with the utmost ease.
Tzila does not usually meddle with anything in her boundary, but only because she has no need to. She is disinterested in the things that seem to randomly appear in the canyon, and she'll pass them by without a thought. On days though where she's feeling particularly bad, she'll throw up sand in a flurry and tear up the scraggly plants and rocks around, and even scatter bones haphazardly until her energy and anger is spent.
Generally though she just paces back and forth through the canyons doing just about nothing. She has a few places where she'll climb up onto a rock and just look around- and one place in particular where the canyon walls widen and she can see up into the sky for miles. She likes to stargaze sometimes and watch for movement among the cosmic depths, or the quick blips of flying past.
On the few days where the sky fills with storm clouds and rain breaks out over the desert, she'll find the lowest portions of the canyon and sit and just watch the water trickle down the walls and pool.
She also really likes to roll around in the sand, covering herself in a dusty coat. Sometimes she'll even bury herself in the loose sand and lay there for an entire day, the heat and the weight over her body somehow comforting.
